This assignment came from a caterer who was asked to help with the culinary part of an event. After a while, it was clear that the client needed more than just catering. We were called upon as a partner to take on the rest of the organization, during which the quality was of course important. Together with the caterer and our team, we aimed for a perfect result.
The party would take place in the new warehouse of the company, where an open day was combined with the opening of the new warehouse. The hall was completely emptied. It was up to us to fill it again! We placed beautiful carpet and furniture. The red carped was the path from the tour to the party room, which was decorated with balloons and flowers. With almost everything, we of course considered the materials and plastics developed by the client.
Next to the decoration, we were also responsible for the hospitality, so we had all the ingredients to create an overall picture. We followed the though process of and designed the invitations, which of course were styled the same as the party, welcomed the guests during the party and thanked them afterwards when distributing the goodies. Next to all the festivities, we made sure that the photos made during the event were distributed afterwards and that our parkingboys were coordinating the parking policy. We ensured safety, since this was very important for our client.
Of course, it was not possible for the company to stop their work because of all these festivities. Because of this, everything needed to be both build up and broken down quickly. This resulted in us closing the door behind us, making sure everything was ready for the morning shift.
